  • FBI indicates that 97% of unmarked equipment is never recovered
  • Notebook computers have become the #1 target for thieves
  • 89% of all computer thefts are repeated once computer equipment is replaced

Insurance Discounts

Many of Make Your Mark customers have been successful in obtaining a discount for their premise insurance premiums.  We provide all of our customers with a request form to notify their insurance broker for insurance premium discounts.  The form shows that our customers have taken the following security steps to reduce the risk of theft:

  • All computer and valuable office equipment has been visibly, permanently, and professionally identified by Inprinting them with the name of the insured.
  • Database serial numbers have been registered on a National Database Registry available to Police and Insurance Companies.

Some insurance companies require their high risk clients to physically secure their computer equipment with Lockdown Enclosures which Make Your Mark provides.
